Damaged or Defective Items

Provide photographs and order number. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will be denied. We will replace damaged or defective items or issue a refund. PayPal Refund Timeframes

All PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. This applies to all refunds processed through PayPal. You agree to these timeframes when selecting PayPal as your payment method. No exceptions are made for PayPal refund timeframes.
